I searched but am not sure who to trust - so I am going to trust the wonderful gurus here. I have a Toshiba Tablet PC, Too many processes are running but I don't trust myself to stop many of them as the tablets functions may stop. Is there a place to go to post a list where I can be guided to shutting down the unnecessary ones? Thanks in advance.

If you could copy and paste a log file from DDs ( http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds/ )

Then i can tell you what you dont need running and explain what they are for you

I think I found what I needed - I didn't click on the STARTUP LIST - I will read that first. If a moderator can close this thread, that would be great. Sorry for the trouble.
