My computer is infected with Trojan.wimad.gen1 and generic.malware.SN!.9319107 per BitDefender antivirus software.

BitDefender is unable to remove the two viruses. I tried running it in Safe Mode, but the services would not start. I ran SpyBot Search and Destroy, as well. I found a posting online that discussed changing a software key which does not exist in my registry.

Can someone assist in this removal process? I can't find any useful info on the web.

Thanks,

Steve
