Hi, nnamgail.
You have signs of several different problems in your log.
I see that you have teatimer running. It may block some changes that need to be made to your system. Please shut it down until your system is clean.
Open spybot and click mode at the top and advanced if you are not already in that mode.
Click tools, then resident, in the left column.
Uncheck "resident Tea Timer"
Close spybot.

Please download, install, and update the free version of ewido security suite:
When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
When you run ewido for the first time, you will get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK.
Click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes, exit from ewido as it should be run in safemode.

Reboot into safemode
Restart the computer, as soon as the BIOS has finished loading, begin tapping the F8 key .
Continue to do so until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears.
Using the arrow keys, scroll to and select Safemode, then press Enter.

Open Ewido and click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on complete system scan.
When ewido finds something, it will pop up a notification.
Select "clean" and check the boxes "Perform action with all infections" and "Create encrypted backup" before clicking on ok.
When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report".

Reboot to normal mode.

Run an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Click on Launch Kaspersky Anti-Virus Web Scanner
You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
Once the files have been downloaded click next.
Click Scan Settings
Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:Standard
Scan Options:Scan Archives, Scan Mail BasesClick OK
Under select a target to scan, select My Computer
When the scan is finished, click the save as text button and save to your desktop.
Post the scan results in your next reply.

Restart after the Kaspersky scan, then scan with hijackthis and post the log.

Post the logs from:
kaspersky scan
