One of the hallmarks of BC, and something which makes it almost unique among computer forums, is that members all understand:
1. You cannot be an expert in every aspect of computing, it is simply too specialised and complex and becomming more so each year.
2. Everyone begins at a very basic level and asks questions which later, when they look back, sound very jejune. You can be assured of sympathy and understanding.
Welcome to BC!
Regards,
John

Like John said, there is not "all knowing-computer expert," however our experts here do there best to help you out.

Good Luck,
