Every time I insert a picture it takes me to a folder way back who knows where. How do I get Word to take me to my folder on an external hard drive with my pictures in it?
Thanks
I'm using Word 2007

I'm not sure if this will work, but...

Click the Office button, then click "Word Options" at the bottom of the Office menu and click Advanced in the left pane. Scroll down to the bottom and click "File Locations...". Then change the location for the Clipart pictures to the folder on your external drive that you want to use.

Okay, that worked. I had to put my clipart into the Pictures button but that's okay.
Thank you for your help!
