does anyone know of a good parental control or site blocker program thats free?

my younger brother, 13yo, has started to look at porn on my pc, which results in many spyware and malware infections. So just about after everytime he uses the pc i have to go back and fix things.
It's getting very irritating.

Now don't judge me and say i shouldn't be mad at my brother because i look at porn too, but i'm 1) over 18 and its legal, and 2) know what sites not to go to.

Sorry if this should have been in a different section
Thank you to anyone who helps

I have use IProtectYou .
I also found it very effective for blocking downloads and installing programs. Be very careful. If you for give your password you will have to format your drive. Hope this helps.
