Hello,

as from today I have had a lot of problems with pop-ups telling me that my computer is infected with several viruses, the program telling me this is called "antivirus XP 2010" and canīt be found nor removed by ordinary spyware-hunters etc., it wants me to buy a licensed version of it which of course is also just a virus. After trying many different options mentioned online I now donīt know what to do anymore. Since a few hours it stopped showing the fake virus-alerts and pop-ups, but now I often get a blue screen from which I have to reboot the laptop (ctrl-alt-del etc doesnīt work), I donīt remember what it says, but as I have read online it is just a fake sign that my computer crashed produced by the virus.

I would be really grateful if somebody can help me.

Hi ilelieve
Welcome to Bleeping Computer.
I'm maranatha and I will be handling your log to help you get cleaned up.

Please open "Notepad", Click on Start>All Programs> Accessories> NotePad.
Click on the Format tab and uncheck Word Wrap.
Thanks

I'm seeing three Anti-Virus programs on your system. You can only have 1 running, please pick one and uninstall the other two. Let me know which one you kept.
Avira
Sophos
AVG

Then please do this.

Download ComboFix from Here to your Desktop.

It's best to disable realtime protection applications as they sometimes interfere with the tool.
Check this link for any applicable programs you may have.
  • Close all open programs and windows
