Hello All,

I have been a member of a number of forums in the past - most are all gone now. Was happy to find this one and hope I can make a contribution at some point. I spend a lot of time on the computer (no more time for games though) searching for information and developing software. It is very disconcerting to see all of the new malware that has sprouted up mostly by just surfing web sites. Something needs to be get to get some control over this and hope I can learn about the subject here. Thank you to all who the site what it is and dedicate your time. I am very greatful for your service!

It is a constant battle to keep up with all the different, often sophisticated, malware around. A cautious and careful internet user, however, can learn to avoid most of it, and can come here when help is needed.
Welcome to BC!

John
