My mom's Acer laptop running Vists is infected with Personal Security. I dl and copied onto a CD rkill and malwarebytes in case we couldn't dl them from hers which we couldn't. It would not let us run any of those. The fake pop ups are abundant. Started it back up in safe mode, ran rkill which found nothing. Then ran malwarebytes and it found 53 infections and removed them. Started back up in normal mode to rescan. Personal Security is still there and it won't let us run malwarebytes or hardly do anything. Would please like to know what to do next. Thanks

Please reply back with Malwarebytes' results.
