Please delete or lock this thread or something, i fixed my problems :)
It was two programs, one called IPYsvc.exe and another called IPYsvr.exe, both located in C:\windows\system32\
What i did to fix it was i opened up spybot s&d and shredded them both with the secure shredder, then, i opened up HJT and removed all entries related to them, then i used lsp fix to remove the problem LSP.
What detected them was Symantec's online scan.
