When I logged on I noticed that all my icons had been enlarged. Then i brought up and internet browser and everything on the sites on the browser had been enlarged. I tried going to properties and changing the font size, but it was on normal. Anyone know how to fix this?

Sounds like the computer is in safe mode. You need to reboot and run spyware and virus scans. Post your results. Good luck!
