I disabled Norton for 15 minutes so I can run Blizzard's system check program for Starcraft 2 beta.

The alert center in Windows 7 keep popping up saying that I am infected.

The "Win 7 Internet Security 2010" is the only thing I see when I start up the computer. No toolbar or anything loads up. It continues to keep scanning even I click on "turn off messages about virus protection."

I am so worried... somebody please help .

Update:
I found out that "Win 7 Internet Security 2010" itself is a malware. How do I get rid of it?

I am doing a full scan with Norton anti-virus but so far, it detects nothing.

What am I to do?
