I just reformatted my drive the other day and when I was transferring my backed up files from another computer onto this one, i ran out of space. Adding up all of the used space on my computer, i should have at least 50 Gb free if not more, and I cant seem to figure out where all of this space went. Thanks in advance!

Can you show us a screenshot of your Drive Properties?

How about show the properties of all those directories you have listed with a size next to them.

Also bring up Defrag and analyze the drive and show us the screenshot of that.

Disc Space Reporter - Disk space information tool - http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System...-Reporter.shtml

Running the chkdsk /r command will produce correct free space summary data for a partition.

Usually on a system that has not been formatted for a while, the System Volume Information folder usually takes up 12% of your hard drive space. 12% is the default setting for it, but since you have very recently formatted, it should not be taking up that much space.
