I just attempted to uninstall Adobe Media Player with Revo Uninstaller. I have used Revo for my primary uninstaller without ever any issues or discrepancies. After the player is removed with the Adobe uninstall tool, Revo does a deeper search of the registry for other entries. My confusion is that the leftover files all point to Windows Media Player. I didn't look at all of the 829 items Revo found but I didn't see any reference to the Adobe Media Player in the ones I did look at.
This is on a fresh install of Windows 7 and the last thing I want is to start out with a lot of garbage in the registry. Any suggestions will be muched appreciated.
