I'm trying to print shipping labels with usps, ups, and this windwo pops up from the sharpdesk composer - don't know what that is - with this error message:
Failed to get the Image Data. Out of Memory of System Disk place.

I have a PIXMA MP150 Scanner/printer, Windows xp pro. The printer prints fine.

Please, if someone could give me a hand here I would greatly appreciate it. I'm at work now, got like twenty packages gotta ship and i'm stuck.

Sharpdesk Composer...looks like the software you are using.

http://software.informer.com/getfree-sharp...poser-download/

I would try uninstalling it, then reinstalling it.

Do I have to have Sharpdesk installed to be able to print labels?

Where do I click to download the Sharpdesk software? I clicked on that link but I don't see a download option for Sharpdesk composer, it's just a whole bunch of other things like Sharp button manager.

hamluis: I uninstalled the sharpdesk program, downloaded it from the website (This is the file that was downloaded:"NSTPatchFor_27_30.exe") tried to re-install it and got this pop up message box:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Title:)Network Scanner Tool Update

You need to install the following version of Network Scanner Tool first.

AR-NS Series VERSION 1.3 (Network Scanner Tool 2.7.0.151)
AR-NS Series VERSION 1.4 (Network Scanner Tool 3.0.3.500)
AR-NB2 / NB2 N Version 1.00 / 1.01 (Network Scanner Tool 2.7.2.164)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

And, now I can't even print!!! Forget about labels I need my printer!

You can go here and download the drivers for your printer.

The MP Drivers are necessary to print documents and scan images. These drivers must be installed to use the print and scan features.

Version 1.10b

Sharp Desk Composer is for the "SHARP" Line of Multi-Function Devices and is not required for your Canon Pixma MP-150 Printer.

Hope this helps,

I reinstalled the drivers and now it's fine, thank you very much for your help.

(I've seen on an other forum they have a button: "Solved" that you press when your problem is solved -- that's a really good idea to have)
