Seems my computer problems are not quite at an end, sadly. :/

My laptop won't boot normally- it'll appear to but give me a blue screen before finishing startup. The error screen reads that I should check if software is properly installed, to contact the software provider for updates, etc. It also has this: "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" near the top. At the bottom reads "Error: 0x0000000A (0x00000000, 0x0000001C, 0x804E1BP8)"

This started last night, and I think it has to do with the FLV converter I was downloading at the time. Upon clicking on the .exe, the entire computer froze for a moment before giving me that error screen. I can boot into Safe Mode and have already tried to use System Restore to fix the problem to no avail.

Any help/advice is appreciated greatly.
