If you don't want your address book exposed to all of your Gmail contacts, I suggest
you disable Buzz. This reminds me of Facebook harvesting all of your email addresses.

You will see a link at the very bottom of the main page of your Gmail for Buzz. Click on it
and another page will open. Then another page will open if you choose to remove Buzz. Sort
of a scary warning about removing your profile. If you are like me and just use the email, choose
to remove the public profile.

Looks like there a lot of users concerned with this privacy breach. See the article in link below.

Of course, many of us have more than one Gmail account. Check all of them for Buzz.

Heard about this on UK Radio 4 today.

Went to my Gmail and clicked on 'Turn Off Buzz' at the bottom of the page.
Later on, checked again and it was still Off and the option is there at the bottom
to 'Turn On Buzz'.

Is it therefore necessary to 'remove the public profile', as it is now disabled?

Didn't get any other pages opening, it just disappeared from the list above Inbox.
