Hello to everyone

I am having a big problem with several computers in the office. I use Fsecure antivirus and it detects Trojan Generic 2072590 (older version of the fsecure detects "trojan.win32.inject.wjs"). In the log it says that the infected files were deleted and those are the *.scr files (2.scr , 81.scr, 56.scr, etc.) in the system32 directory. But after a while they appear again. I saw a similar thread here - (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic216827.html) but there is nothing in it to help me with solving the problem. I will appreciate it if you help me with this. Thanks in advance.
