Hey Bleepingcomputer people,

Taco7712 here and I have come here refered by a friend who told me this site was excelent. Anyways cut to the chase recently my dads computer got the Malware defense by clicking a popup on accident. He clicked on it by accident and Malware defense started to install on it's own without permission. I quickly saw it installing and took of the battery immeditaly shutting down the computer. But I couldn't save it malware defense got installed....

I have ESET NOD32 and started scanning which didn't work. I googled how to to remove this virus and was able to get rid of some of it. But this is what happens....

Symptons
-I installed Malware bytes anti malware but couldn't acess it from the folder since it would close explorer.exe if I did.
-Using google to get answers redirects me to bull@## sites of how to get rid of viruses as soon as I hit enter.
-Can't system restore since the virus blocks it.
-Can't install kapersky and even tried removing it.
-Try opening folders in Program files and virus closes explorer.exe

After trying so hard I was able to install Antimalware bytes and was able to take a screenshot of what it took.

I was happy that it took some of it off but still had the symptons of not installing Kapersky nor being able to use system restore.
Please help me!t
