This is my first posting so let me just to thank you for being available when my PC is in trouble...

I have just downloaded DDS.scr and ran it. The black small screen appeared shortly, I was waiting thinking that DDS is running in the background but nothing happened - no, no pop-up log files, nothing...

What I am doing wrong?

Thank you in advance for your response,

There are other programs available which do the same sort of scan as DDS.

  • Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
  • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  • Once it has finished, two logs will open.
