Looking for an IP Program?

Im looking for an free IP program or something that will mask my real IP and give me a fake IP I can use. I would need the number for this 2nd IP so this IP cannot keep changing. This is for gaming reasons

I can only think of a few reasons why you want to do this
None are on the up and up
