RUNDLL on Windows XP

This pop up continues to pop up on startup on Windows XP.

What do I need to do?

RUNDLL: Error loading C:\WINDOWS\asexewof.dll
The specified module could not be found

Someone please help

I would run Autoruns...look on the Logon tab...and delete any reference there.

Chances are...it's a remnant from a malware item that has been removed from your system.
