Hi, i'm dandawg and this is my first time here.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out with my problem.
I'm not so techy so bear with me please .
Everytime I try to load a program or run "cmd", a message of random symbols and the message "This program cannot be run in DOS mode" along the lines of random symbols appears in wordpad. This came up ever since I deleted some files trying to get rid of another problem, which was a pop-up of application errors of wmpscfgs.exe and whenever I tried to delete it... it said "Cannot be deleted". I booted my computer normally like how I usually do. Please help!
