A person that needs help when it comes to using a computer, have been trying for a while to figure out exactly what to do when problems come up.

I try to keep my computer updated & secure at all times, but when you have others using it also especially teenagers, things get downloaded or added in when shouldn't be.

I use the name of "lost in tx" as that fits to a tee when trying to figure out what's going on with this blasted machine..

Thank you for allowing me to join & I know that there is a lot of information here that will be helpfull to me.
