Hello this is my second post on this matter but a few days ago I somehow acquired antivrius soft on my computer and following the directions given on this site I attempted to remove it, to no avail. Most of the prior post can be found here [post="http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/295404/infected-with-anitvirus-soft/"]http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/295404/infected-with-anitvirus-soft/[/post]

Now I read to be patient, which I am trying to be but its kind of insulting when someone posted a few hours ago for the same issue and is already receiving help. I respect and understand this is a free site and ran by volunteers but I'd appreciate the same treatment as anyone else using this site. I just want this malware off my computer please.
