internet security 2010 malware help please

My computer is opening up first windows to adult.com, gamevance.com and various other obvious websites without having said sites or ones like it visited on this machine. it went away for a few days then came back. not it's opening very fake anti virus program called internet security 2010!


It's probable malware with trojans hidden in fake file names and it has made system restore nonviable.
