Hello BleepingComputer.Com Folks,

Happy Valentine's Day to all.

I just signed up. I had been a donating member of Tech Support Guy forums for about 7 years I guess. It seems something changed about that forum in the last couple of years and TSG is just not the same--maybe I am wrong.

At any rate, found this site through a Google search about nasty malware acquired by opening an Acrobat doc. This site provided crucial and useful info.

(Unfortunately, I think I am still dealing with this malware :flowers: but at least I can run normally now, thanks to bleepingcomputer.)

So, thanks very much to all the moderators and contributors on this site--given the amount of time I spent on this recent infection (probably about 60 hours total, and counting) one can only imagine the amount of time and sincere personal commitment you folks expend to help others.

Thanks again!

jms

Hello and  to Bleeping Computer.

Be sure to check out the New User Orientation and the excellent Tutorials.
