Bad Web Administrators

What can I do about a person who posted information about me (my picture and negative comments) on a website and refuses to delete the information? The information is false.

Legally, I guess that would depend on what country:
  • You live in
  • The site is hosted in
  • Where the copyright infringer (if the photo is yours and you've not disclosed it for use)/libelous comment maker lives

However, a good step is to contact the Host of the website - i.e. the company who the website pays to keep their pages on the web. You can also do things like submitting the site for a ban list on Google etc. Have a read of this article: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-remove...ourself-online/
