I wonder if you gurus can help me. My friend's PC randomly reboots when he is trying to burn a CD/DVD. Some days he can burn a DVD no problem, other days he does the same thing and the PC crashes.

He is running Windows Vista Ultimate.

Also when he runs CHKDSK it shows he has errors on his C: Drive, but when he tries to schedule a fix, on reboot it comes up with an error cannot access direct drive and doesn't perform the CKDSK. Not sure if this is related to the above.

Any help very much appreciated. Thanks
