Laptop freezing randomly

Hello,
am a new member and am sorry as am introducing my self from a request topic, but am really dispret and need ur help.
problem is my laptop is freezing constantly in a random time without ANY errors, the screen suddenly freeze, i formated it and did some memory test, changed RAM's, Harddisk and checked the temp. and still occuring the same problem, even tho i doubt its a software problem since sometimes it get frozen at the boot screen at the start that is, unless its a BIOS problem which my experiance is limited here.

I would really appreciate any help.

I was using windows 7 when the problem accured but now i have vista from the recovery disc, also what does BS stands for ?
