Hi everybody,

Recently whenever I try to open Internet explorer or any program from the Start menu, I get a message stating sorry, Dr Watson postmortem debuggger has to close, sorry for the inconvenience, yada yada. In the technical info section, it reads:

Event type: BEX
p2 5.1.2600.0
p3 3b7d84a2
p4 dbghelp.dll
p5 5.1.2600.2180
p6 4110969a
p7 001295d
p8 c000040g

Closing Drwatson doesnt help either. I've been reading posts about "Hijackthis" which seems to be the first step to fixing this problem, but if I cant access the internet im not sure how to proceed. I'm at my wits end, and would truly apreciate some help or guidance!
