I am currently typing on my main computer which is uninfected because the infected WINDOWS VISTA SP2 computer cant even open websites. I have transferred all the recommended programs from this computer to the infected computer. I have already tried all the steps from renaming MBAM.EXE (including renaming the extentions) to running the four RKILL files. I am not even able to run DDS or GMER so I cant even post any logs. The only success I've had with the infected computer is installing MBAM by renaming it to "explorer-setup", but as I already said, I am unbable to run it. All I get by renaming it is either nothing or some run time errors. When I try to run rkill, GMER, DDS, or DeFogger all I see is a black DOS window for a split second and then nothing happens.

The infected computer is my Dad's computer btw, and he was duped somehow into installing Personal Security. The only security software he had running at the time was Microsoft Security Essentials. I tried running the recommended programs whilst turning off Real Time Protection but that does nothing either. Please tell me what I should do next. I've already tried the following guides:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-remo...rsonal-security

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/267354/for-those-having-trouble-running-malwarebytes-anti-malware/

And ofcourse http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/

The only browser we have on the infected computer is IE8. Please help. Also, since I transferred the recommended programs from my computer to my dad's via Flash Data stick drive, is it safe to use that flash drive again? I have NORTON 360 and Malwarebytes on my uninfected machine btw.
