half way trough the malwarebytes scan my computer gives me a blue screen with this message.
Stop: 0x000000C5(0x00008336,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x8054BF0) any help please I'm running Windows XP Professional

C5 STOP errrors are generally driver errors.

But not necessarily hardware drivers...XP and various types of programs also employ drivers. Including Malwarebytes.

I would try uninstalling Malwarebytes, if possible...then reinstalling it and updating it before attempting a new, updated scan of the system.

Thanks Luis, I found the culprut,it was the wireless mouse and keyboard .After reinstalling the proper software it adjusted the problem.
