Cookie/Trojan HELP!

So I've tried everything I did recovery which deleted everything off my computer. I tried deleting it through norton antivirus but it comes back every 3 mins after being delted.

All this indicates is that the ability to make changes to active desktop is disabled and MBAM is attempting to enable it . If you don't want to see this again tell MBAM to ignore the scan result .

If using Windows 7 or Vista:

It is not an actual infection, but instead a non-default setting that is often altered by actual infections, however, in Windows Vista and Windows 7 Microsoft changed the default setting to the opposite of what it was in XP so on Vista and Windows 7 systems (such as your own) this detection should be ignore

You can safely ignore this detection (by right-clicking) as it is normal for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Vista and Windows 7.
