It loads a part of the Windows XP logo, and then restarts again. No amount of retrying has worked, safe mode hasnt worked, last known good config hasnt worked, etc...

I am wondering, is there any way I can recover this? Is there any external virus scan that I can use on a flash drive or something? I believe this IS caused by a virus that got detected by my NOD32, but not sure what else.....
