Howzit? New Member CosmicDog here...I found this site while researching "Your PC Protector" (will post separately), found some of the only info currently available here, and fig'ered I'd join in...

Check connections
Change one variable at a time
Update your AV and scan
Update your anti-mal and scan
Update your driver
Update your app
Update your opsys
