My desktop hard drive crashed and will not restart with the operating system disc that came with the computer so I ordered new recovery DVDs from Gateway which I received recently. I tried installing the new DVDs but after installing disc no., one and was prompted to insert the second disc I got an error message stating that it was "not the expected disc" it asked for.
Please help meresolve this problem.
