When I play videos on some web-site, some of them appear black and no video, and some show videos. What may be a problem?

Do you have latest Flash installed?

Try to uninstall Flash, using this: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
Install fresh copy.

It uses flash, so make sure its fully updated. I would highly recommend updating your IE to IE7 at least.
