I can not get rid of SIXA

HELP

I have SIXA on my system after 1 hour and so it cuts me off the internet and reconnets through this SIXA them when we delete it it comes back. We have tried spybot and Adware and it is still there. What do we do next is there anything or do we have to reformat.

Please help.
