I tried checking out the SoundMax website, it appears the site has not been updated in years!
And their support page says under construction. Hmmmm? if the site was last updated in 2007 it means they went to sleep with constructing it.

Any way this is the only link I could find for them.

The rest out there appear to be generic drivers.

It is best to download the driver from the manufacturer of the computer/motherboard
What is the make and model number of your computer
If this is Hi Def audio you need the UAA codec installed first

Under device manager are all the drivers working properly? Rogues don't usually take out your sound like that. How exactly did you remove the rogue?

When your browser is open, can you still get sound from itunes or Media Player?

Is there some sort of RealPlayer plugin on your browser that's on mute?

When you go to Youtube or something, there is no sound on the video? Or precisely what sound from the browser is not being played?
