Whats goin on? My computer was fine and dandy up until recently when I installed my program TuneUp utility. I was working on it all day and then got the blue screen of death. Now the computer is going extremely slow and took me a couple times to load it back up from being shut down.

If someone can help me out to solve some of the issues I would be grateful!!

Please help ASAP!!!

NICK B

I posted something earlier, but it has been over 20 days! I had a program on my computer which was causing me to get a blue screen. I got rid of the program and I was doing okay for the time being, but i keep coming back to my computer with it turned off. If anyone could please assist me in getting rid of this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. I need my computer for work and school.

WITH CONCERN,
NICK BARKAN

Hello Nick.

Sorry for the delay. Sometimes topics get missed around here.

but i keep coming back to my computer with it turned off.

Do you mean to say that your computer turns off by itself? If so.. do you get any error messages (is it still a BSOD)? Does this only happen after some time, or completely randomly?

What operating system are you using?

With Regards,
The Panda

As of recently it has been pretty random...It just started. I am using Windows 7. I don't know what error message it is, because by the time I am able to get back to my computer its already off. I believe it shuts down to save myself from a crash... I have McAfee antivirus, it might just not be finding the error/trojan/malaware on my device.

Let me know what it is you can do to help me out.
