Google searches are re-directed to another page

When I do a search In Google, the page immediately appears with suggested matches. When I click on one of the matches, I am re-directed to some other page.

Registry Mechanic states system is clean, as do Spyware Doctor and Blacklight.

Running XP SP3 and IE8.
