blue screen of death

Hello,I was logging out of my desktop when the blue screen came up with the words PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and a paragraph on software or hardware installed correctly or incorrectly at the bottom of the screen the word STOP, under this(0x0000004E (0x00000099 0x000fffff, 0x00000000, 0x00000000).I have a Dell dimesion 8300 running XP Home Ed.

This can be caused by bad RAM. You should run a diagnostic test:
