Hi, guys...

I have been struggling with a very stubborn trojan and can't seem to get rid of the @#$% thing! I have first noticed something when my computer started crashing without warning... saying there was a disk drive missing, In the end I had to do a system restore.

The problem was sorted after that but I noticed then at work one day when a client came round with a software problem on his computer for our trading software...he had a Trojan Horse generic 15 that effected our software and his antivirus...the anti virus doesn't pick it up on a full system scan but when you open up the Trading software it give a warning of an trojan....when i did a scan for the paticular file tha was "Infected", I saw that the anti virus was also infected. He was using AVG 8.5 free.

After a little while I picked up that I had it on my computer as well! I am using Norton and it doesn't pick it up as well, but when I opened up the trading software...the exact same problem as one of my clients...go figure! now my software just doesn't want to open...looks like the files are corrupted.

That explains the story...now to go into a bit more detail.

I have noticed a desktop notepad file that was created in a couple of files...I have addad it in screenshots 3 & 4. That was when my computer started crashing that I noticed those... I have also added screenshots on the trading software file that is effected by the trojan.

I have tried a load of things and have my hands in my hair at the moment. I can only laugh at how irritating this is.

I have tried 'trojan remover 681', 'FixRamicrype.exe' , 'Anti Trojan Elite' & even 'combofix'. Still nothing...

Has anyone got any ideas or do you need any further info? Let me know, pls.
