system shut downs

my laptop gives me a message box that its has to shut down. it says DCOM SERVER PROCESS LAUNCHER TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY. INITIATE BY NT ATHORITY\SYSTEM. WHAT YA THINK?

Seems to me that you may have a malware problem...IMO, it's best to post all details requested and adhere to the policies/suggestions of the BC forum, Am I infected What do I do - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/.

The folks there will be able to eliminate/confirm any suspicions of such.
