W32.Netsky@mm infection plz help

hi im new here,

recently my computer has been infected by the W32.Netsky@mm virus. this virus has pretty muched blocked me from accessing anyhting that can possibly lead to its removal. evertyime i try something it says infected and doesnt work. it also wont read usb flash drives. so far, task manager and all the commands on the start menu have been "infected.

It will get you thru these problems.
You will move to the Automated Removal Instructions for Internet Security 2010 using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:

After you completed that post your scan log here,let me know how things are.
The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
