Unknown infection/ hijacker. Please help noob

I don't know what's wrong, I'm getting redirected to add sites a lot and having a lot of lag and crashes. This is the computer at the front desk at my work, so I don't know the history of it or all of it's programs/files. Ark file and DDS report are below. I have attached the Attach.txt in a zip file.
