Hi,
My name is Julie and I'm new here. I'm in Montreal, Canada.. freezing!

Unfortunately while watching a trailer for a new film, I got hit with this "hijacking" thingy and now i can't do a thing on my computer. I'm using someone else's. I can't run any anti-virus because it won't let me.
If anyone has any suggestions other than tossing the thing, I would really appreciate hearing from you.
