Hey all! I should have joined this forum long ago. Visited many times. Now I understand there is some training to fight malware and I plan to take advantage of it if I can. I have infected machines in my hands everyday and it makes me so angry. I have to do something to get better at getting rid of this stuff and help others do it too.

OH, about me. Well, I'm an IT Technical Support II person.....do all kinds of things. MCSE, A+ and DCSE, working with Dell Latitudes D and E series. We support over 1500 machines, only 3 of us, so quite busy all the time. I love my job, one of the lucky ones. I work too many hours, but that's ok too.

Anyhow...great to be here!
