Hi guys,
Dell Dim 5150 - WinXP Media Centre with SP3, Pent D 2.8 1Gb RAM

Originally when it started with the countdown problem, I ran McAfee virus scan several times and it said the file SUSP_IRP_MJ_CREATE is detected as a TDSS.b!mem, and also found SDRA64.
I ran Malwarebytes which cleared 11 items, but did not totally not fix the problem.
Upon the reboot, I get a dialog box:
Data Execution Prevention - MS Windows
Windows has closed this program - Generic Host Process for Win32 services
Close Message.

It now just gives a minutes countdown and the restarting, but shows no virus in McAfee. (I can stop this using the run shutdown -a command.)
This is followed by Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem & needs to close.
The error report says Error sig:
EventType: BEX P1 svchost.exe P2: 5.1.2600.5512 P3:48025bc0
P4:Unknown P5: P6:00000000 P7:o2b6f7a0 P8:c000005 P9:00000008
Following this is the reporting details.

Any help would be appreciated.
